Project Methodology Profile

HEPAire Products (1986) Corporation integrated Cleanroom and laboratory projects are managed and coordinated by our project team leaders to insure standard construction methods, project scheduling and the generation of detailed drawings and specifications are produced in a timely fashion. Our goal is to work closely with our clients to insure all critical tasks and milestones are achieved and that the end facility technically meets or exceeds all of the end user requirements.

Turnkey installation projects are directed by our project administration group directly to our on-site project managers whose key responsibilities include contractual interfacing, procurement of selected materials, project costing reviews and co-ordination including delegating all efforts on a project continuing basis from the design and engineering phase through to the final installation and facility commissioning. We also appoint dependent on the project scope a site supervisor/project coordinator responsible for all aspects of the site services under the direction of our project manager.

Our project methodology is established during contract negotiations phase and starts once the contract is awarded for the project. Within the first week our project administrator will meet with the client to clearly define all tasks, milestones, super tasks and dependencies in order to generate the critical path and lag times, allocate the necessary resources and control project resource costs. A project schedule is then developed to ensure all milestones are met in a coordinated fashion.
